Health and happiness go together, and we’re here to share our efforts as we embrace and empower our amazing capacity to heal and be healthy. We want to do this as nature intended, that is, without drugs, chemicals, procedures, products, and without harming people, animals, or the environment. We experiment with veganic gardening, plant-based recipes, fresh herbs, wild edible plants, edible flowers, green smoothies and juices (other colors, too), super foods, living foods, raw foods, anti-inflammatory foods, alkalizing foods, home remedies, natural hair and skin care, essential oils, energy healing, natural fitness, yoga and meditation, eco-saavy ideas, and natural parenting.

It’s a winding road — sometimes challenging, but always full of adventure and expanding awareness. Let’s share the journey, and give it a go together.
